If I miss a game, do I still need to make it up or is it gone (sorry Thomas, Adepticon and a puppy sucked up all my time)?

Since the purpose of the campaign is to organize games, I would say you still have the option to play your game at any time until the end. For future pairings, I would disqualify you from choosing each other.

It's time to update the map. Would you prefer Friday or Saturday? Also let me know the results. Theresa and I played to a draw

I haven't heard from anybody. Are you still interested in finishing the campaign?

Yeah, I know I've been one of the worst people in this campaign and frankly I think that with both this and the escalation campaign the problem is the same, selected match-ups. With no real incentive (like the cash payment that SoCal GW league has), it's really difficult to play a game against a specific opponent, even when you have weeks to do it. In my case, Tyson lives in SM and I live in Paso and we can't always meet up for a game (plus I've been a little MIA with life recently).

I think for a map based game with specific opponents, 4-6 players needs to be the max. For other leagues, people need to be able to play whomever and have that result count in some way. I'm thinking if we want to do a big league, the game needs to be Necromunda, Mordheim, or Blood Bowl so that we aren't stuck playing against just one person for that round.

Also, lots of people will be gone this summer once Cal Poly gets out, maybe we can run a small map-based game over the summer. I am still keen to play some planetstrike as well as some of the Battle Missions.

With the release of 8th ed over the summer, I'd like to do a Mighty Empires campaign (max 6 players) and I think we could do it.

Part of the problem with these things, speaking mainly from my experience with the escalation, and the abandoned campaign that Reece was starting before he left, but it also seems to me that this planetary empires is suffering from it a bit as well, is over crowding.

That is, too many people sign up, with the intention of playing, but only a few people can really commit to getting all the games in.

I tried to be direct in saying only sign up if you know you can make the games, but I think I should have been a bit more strict in who I let in, as my escalation league has had 2 people drop/disappear, and a few people who haven't managed to stay on track for their games.

That said, see the thread on the escalation league for those of you playing there, I am going to make some changes based on what Chris just said, and what I have been thinking about since this last round.

Sorry that I forgot to post the results Andy. I played Rob not too long ago, and it was a bloody game that ended with me eeking out enough victory points for the win.

And that reminds me alex, I still need to play gordy I think. My bad.
