Tyson can you elaborate a bit on this? When does it start?

Well I'm going to put forward that we will get started at 6:30pm ... so plenty of time for people to show. What will happen is everyone will sit down and I will look over everyone's minature to make sure there is no paint already on it (as well make sure it is a troop choice, and not a nurgling size). Then what will happen is ... you have 30 minutes to paint the minature to the best standard you can. SO IT IS SPEED PAINTING! At the end of 30 minutes everyone will get to judge the minatures (I will pass out paper and everyone list the top three mini's painted...you can't vote for yourself). The top three places will get something special towards the Lucky 13 campaign (A prize may or may not be given out ... still looking). Either way it will be fun to see what people come up with. So by 7:25pm I say we will be done so there will be plenty of time for everyone to play other games.

I will as well take pictures for the website. I appreciate the post Brother Bart! I have been busy but I'm glad I saw this!

There was not vote , jk we should do a speed painting comp again I thought it was fun, and more challenging than I thought, you deffinantly have to go about painting a single mini in 30 muinetts differently than painting block infantry or one with fine details.

I agree, that was a very fun, and challenging event. I never thought it would be so hard to paint a single model in 30 mins until last night, lol. It's just so different than my normal assembly line, precision painting style.

I'm glad you all enjoyed it! Thanks for entering in the competition. Since it seems quite a few of you liked it, I will ensure to do it again after the next scenario.

I enjoyed this event allot too, I was actually surprised at how fast 30 min goes by when you are painting minis. But then, I'm always surprised at how much I don't have done after spending hours painting....
